Every time we dealt with the staff here they were extremely kind and helpful. They made our move less stressful and they were very understanding when things changed and we needed to extend our truck rental not once BUT twice!! I would happily recommend this amazing group to everyone!!

adren b | Overall ExperienceWe had been in last week and had gotten a unit. But yesterday when we went to use the unit it was rented to someone else. But we talked to Amy P. And she got us set up with another one. So we're all good now.
CALVIN G | First ImpressionsI have a storage unit with this company.And it has been the biggest mistake.I have ever made in my entire life. The employees including the managers and supervisors are incredibly rude, hostile, and honestly are thieves. I have 2 storage units under one name, which is very confusing for the uneducated people at U-haul, and when I make a payment on 1 unit, they apply that payment to the other unit instead.And vice versa, they do that so that neither unit will be paid completely in full.And then they charge both units with late fees. I Have brought this all to the attention of multiple supervisors which has gotten me absolutely nowhere.Instead , I have been made to feel like i'm the idiot when all I want to do is wonder why it is so difficult to understand two units , one person. Not to mention my cash payments that unfortunately I did not get a receipt for which is my fault for trusting this business.But part of that cash payment went into an employee's pocket.And I know this for a fact because they took that amount they put in their pocket and subtracted that from what I gave them.And that is what they put in their computer system as my payment for my unit. Which then just caused multiple late fees and when I asked another supervisor how they run their business this way. I have to this date.Never received an apology for the way they have treated me for how they have.Put blame on me for everything and have locked me out of my storage unit twice for absolutely no reason. I have always paid my bill in full on the due date.Or before sometimes I would make a Partial payment earlier in the month to Lower the amount I would need to pay later on that month. That's super confusing for the moron's at U-haul because When I make a partial payment 3 weeks early They look at that and tell me that I have A past due amount and they locked me out of my unit.Now you explained to me why they would do this? I have Noticed things inside of my unit In different spots So I know somebody else has been inside. They have put cleaning fees on my acdon't.They habeen nothing but extremely unhelpful.And very, very rude.I would never recommend u haul to anybody that I know including people I don't even like. The only thing you'll get from this business is stolen from lied to and criticized
nathan s | Overall ExperienceThey had given my unit to someone else. The lady was so rude. They charged my account and it was supposed to be 1 free month. The lady was the clincher though.....so rude.

The Bismarck branch is a very clean facility along with the monitoring of it as well. I am very pleased and very thankful for, such a great staff. thank you again Henry

He was incredibly helpful and everytime I stopped in Justin was there working and never too busy to assist. I highly recommend working with Uhaul for all storage or rental needs. They truly will work with you. Peace of mind is priceless.
Dustin W | Overall ExperienceWe were able to move in after hours of business closing. The only hiccup was that there was no lock in the unit. We had our own with so we used it temporarily until the next morning when we went back to U-Haul to let them know of the situation. They gave us a brand new lock and we were able to add 24 hour access to the unit as well.
