Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe were storing a few things while our house was on the market with Extra Storage Space (Lumberton). After a few months the monthly rent increased by more than $60 for the same 10x10 we are renting from you We had rented with them before due to their location before we purchased our house. Your location is closer to us; your price is competitive to what we had been paying before ESS increased the rate and we have used Uhaul moving trucks and staff several times over the years and were very pleased. We’re hopeful this experience will be comparable. Thank you.
Angela S | Mudanza en líneaNew door stops needed.
Chris P | Experiencia generalWell done
Ndeyebassy G | Experiencia generalOther then the door was broken from someone breaking in and busting into a unit it was great. Our stuff was sage but it was still broken the whole month and the unit was still damaged and not cleaned out.

Willie B | Mudanza en líneaGood customer service for Generela Manager on 8161 Eastex fwy at Beaumont location
RAUL G | Mudanza en líneaThe AC unit did not work, the storage unit was extremely hot, and the place was completely roach infested. I did not have any roach problems before moving my belongings into this unit, and now I have to worry about whether all of my personal items are infested as well. When we called to report the issue, we were told we had to speak with a manager ourselves, yet nothing was ever done to resolve the problem. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to accommodate anything or help resolve the situation. Instead of helping, now we’re being forced to leave. This experience has been disgusting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and store your belongings somewhere else. I have video proof‼️Been here since May 10th
TAJAUNA H | Experiencia generalI’m paying for climate control and it was 80 degrees inside the unit and I couldn’t leave certain furniture because of it
TAJAUNA H | Primeras impresionesThe UHaul representatives were great when I moved out. Please note that I was burglarized in the past and could not speak to anyone in authority regarding the theft.
