Tons of rat poop on my belongings as well as a lot of bugs in all my boxes and belongings.

The facility has put new doors on the units, and is well maintained on the daily. I even got a free lock for the unit. The 24 access is also great. As as they don’t jack my rate up I’ll remain a happy camper.😊

Anthony s | Overall ExperienceTried to pickup my 20ft truck, and the guy wouldn’t answer the door, so I was then sent 30min away to get a 26ft truck which I didn’t want that big of a truck, but took it. Got to my destination and my reservation for the storage unit was messed up not once, but twice. Went to restore the uhual and the gentleman wouldn’t take it because he stayed he had no room. 1 hr later waiting on the phone with uhual and it was finally returned to another facility. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had with uhual

I was double charged for a free unit instead of the initial refund and it was a difficult process to be reimbursed which I spent many days trying to correct. Unorganized and will not be returning in the future.

They've all been good at what they do but, hands down, Damaso and his staff are the best of them!!
