All staff members I encountered were very helpful with any and all problems I had in almost 3 years I had my unit. Thanks to all! Mike Sirz

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGot an erroneous email saying a new bill was coming--after I had already checked out and paid in full--but a staff person I called worked it out quickly and resolved the issue.
Jonathan I | Experiencia generalA shout out to Ashley, very police and helpful.
Kevin L | Experiencia generalThe Manager Rich was really great as was an employee Ron who I met at the Neptune Beach on Atlantic blvd location. Both were extremely helpful & my experience with this U-Haul staff was the best I have ever encountered
KATHLEEN H | Experiencia generalThe 2 customer service ladies at the Mayport rd Uhaul office, are awesome!! They are very nice & they go above and beyond!! Give them a raise please!!
CHRISTIE M | Primeras impresionesRich deserves a raise you should pay him whatever he wants… and I told him to tell you that! I’m an owner of three businesses Pay pay him more…or I will take him! I’m not kidding. The quality of human beings starts with their word and he’s never once let me down beyond that when they actually do what they say they’re gonna do yeah… you need to pay that! He’s a blessing from our savior Jesus who saves us by grace by faith. Our faith alone gets us to heaven. He knows that and the quality of that human being is exceptional! .
ROBERT J | Experiencia generalThe people working at UHaul in Mayport went above and beyond for me. Their grace and kindness during a hard time left me in awe. I have never felt more at home and would recommend them to all. To the staff I would like to Thank them for their dedication and just basic respect as humans when I needed them most. 1000x Thank you!!
shannon l | Experiencia generalFriendly service. Easy park. 👍 Thanks
Jane B | Primeras impresionesThay never answered there phone. I took my things out left some things in for my son thay never put it in his name like thay said thay would 😒 so I would never use that one on Mayport rd again..
Goldie S | Experiencia generalWhen we first got the unit, the staff was awesome 5 years ago. When we emptied our unit and tried to get closure paperwork by going to the office there were 2 women wearing U-Haul shirts outside the office. One was standing in a unit across from the office, the other came over to my driver’s window. The one in the unit called to my wife, “Office is locked,” as she tried to enter. When I let them know I was trying to close my unit, both women started talking increasingly louder at me at the same time. I interrupted and said, “I’m sorry I don’t understand when you’re both talking at the same time.” The one in the unit with multiple colors in her hair stopped talking. The one closest to me with partially shaved brown hair seemed to become enraged that I had not understood what they were both saying at the same time. She began to yell very slowly at me a foot from my face. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated like trash more than I was by this woman. She had brown hair, partially shaved hair. After screaming at me the two walked through the gate and down Mayport Rd. We’ve used U-Haul a lot over the years and always had a great customer service experience until yesterday. I don’t know if she was on something but her demeanor and hostility has no place in any customer service role.
