Hours of storage usage sucks I just purchase unit couldn`t even use it only business customers have access after hours. Much money money you spend on the space to not have access after hours.

No camera on my lane. While I was away for the summer someone cut my lock off my unit and stole my tv. Situation was handled poorly and the staff was disrespectful.

I issued an access card by the manager on Aug 3rd and told that I could only access my unit during U-haul store business hours. That is not convenient for me since I run my business at the same time.
