I recently rented a pick up from Uhaul for a small move. I was initially running behind and contacted the store. Erica answered and was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, I met Erica and she was so pleasant, she was the only one on property and was assisting numerous guests with a wonderful and helpful demeanor. I have only rented from Uhaul once before. But her hospitality and genuine want to assist was so needed. Moving can be extremely stressful and she really helped to make the process smooth. I am being charged for a dolly & pads that I never received. My original reservation was modified at the location because my original truck wasn't available. The accessories were never given to me but I am being charged. I called the store 5 times today with no answer.JAMES C.

I was shuffled to three different locations after every location failed to keep my reservation even though I arrived on time. It took us 3 hours to find new rental vehicles every time we were turned away. We waited over 45 minutes at one location for an attendant to arrive to the office while 10 plus customers waited and were pushed over an hour past their pick up time. This was the most stressful moving day I've ever experienced and almost entirely due to UHauls failure to operate correctly. I hope I never have to move again.Alivia B.

the side door didnt work...I had to pay 20 bucks to fix the side door becouse it was needed not only I was waiting for sales person to finish renting another truck how dare he charge me for extra day he would not give me my invoice he said that his phone doesnt workjaroslav Z.
We not very friendly. Both on duty reps were on the phone when I cam in, which at first I could not tell, So I stood there and no one even looked at me. I would expect, I will be right wit you.
