I know the unit was under my name but it was suppose to be turned over to the lady whom had all her stuff in the unit.,.She was to come with me and have her name on the unit as I was doing a huge favour spur of fhe moment .thing for her. I had sent a msg to her about the auction whether she came and made good on her stuff I have no idea. If you had to auction the contents I hope that there was enough good stuff in there for you to recoupe some of which was owing. Again I do apologise for any inconvenience. There were a pair of black Dayton boots in the unit if they didn’t sell and you by chance still have them or access to them I would purchase them. Thank you

She was multi tasking, dealing with some rather demanding people while still looking after all of the other customers with the utmost competence in a timely manner and with a cheerful demeanor. Her name on my invoice is Yashika. In my opinion, from what I experienced and could see she is probably one of your most valuable, if not your most valuable employees. On another note, the facility was clean and secure, the storage unit I rented was clean and ready for occupancy. I am impressed with everything at this location.
