I screwed up. They were great. I didn’t follow all of the informations given to me. Only checked around the truck and the gas and left. Saw all I was to do later. They’re always nice and always appreciated. Thanks guys.

Thomas TGreat experience!
Donald MThey did not check out the truck while I was there. They left me with the impression that all was as it should be. Then they gave me a charge for needed fuel addition. This was not a lot of money, but was inappropriate since we had refilled to the correct level minutes earlier. Since they did not check the fuel while we were there, there could not be any discussion of the charge. We complained, but have not heard the resolution yet.
