Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis wasn’t where I had originally booked to pick up my truck. There was an issue with locating my keys at the SF express location so I had to drive all the way down to the Greenall location. Took an extra hour to get everything sorted when I ordered the truck for pickup at 11am. I got it at 12pm and was late to use the moving elevator in my new building because of the issue that I had not had any previous cause for concern because it said that my order was confirmed and it would be there at 11am. The guy working at SF express was no help whatsoever, I was on hold for 20 minutes, and had spoken to three different people until they rearranged my order to be picked up at Greenall. I told the girl who was working what my experience was like and she said “I’m sorry to hear that” with nothing else to say or offer for the inconvenience. Will not be using u haul again. Ridiculous.
Kaitlin WOverall a very good experience. Matthias was very available, helpful and flexible, and communicated well. Would choose this location again. Thanks!
Peter MGreat customer service. Appreciate alot
Tam LOnly thing should be better is before i drive out incidentally I locked the Key inside the truck, the store don’t have spare key or can remotely open the door, I have to call lock smith to come over waist lots of time.
