I had to make 7 call to customer service to get my name right, the drop of and pickup location correct and then the transferring from one department to another was more than should be expected. The truck ran a little rough and the ramp latch needed to be forced on so that the ramp stayed locked in place. Th location attendant Chris was very efficient and helpful

The only issue is that the wheel wells and the fuel filler take up some space in the cargo area, which can be a bit inconvenient. It would be helpful to have a notice about this, or even a simple diagram showing their locations and basic dimensions (width × depth × height).
