I had a uhaul hitch installed on my 17 titan, less than a month ago. I now have a problem where my brake lights stay on, huge safety issue. What would cause this? Additionally, when I started to check fuses I found neither fuse box under the hood where properly closed and the tabs on one were broken.

I have a 2005 Nissan titan it has the after market uhaul hitch ihave brake and signal lights but no trailer ma I have a 2005 Nissan titan it has the uhaul after market wire harness I have turn signal and brake lights but no tail or marker lights do they go through the trailer tow relay that was installed when the wireing harness was installed

I have a 2005 Nissan Titan. It has an after market hitch and wiring harness. The truck does has a factory tow mode button. I was towing a small 5x8 trailer with all of the trailer lights working. Now the trailer running lights and the side flasher no longer work. I have ruled out the trailer as being the cause. I cannot get any voltage readings at the truck wiring harness. I also have no tow relays. Could the lack of the relays be the problem?
May I suggest taking your vehicle to the closest UHaul Trailer Hitch Center. They should be able to find the cause of your described issue.
