The first roll of strapping tape was fine. When I used it up and was loading the second roll into the holder, the end of the tape broke off and never was able to figure out where the tape stopped or started. I only was able to use one of the two rolls I paid for.

How can I add more items to my reserved pick up date. I thought it added them, but it didn’t.
Hi Robin! If you are picking up in the store, you can pick them up and pay on that day. Once the supply order is placed, we can't change it. You can cancel and place a new order or as I stated, grab the other items while there.
Are you supposed to feed the tape through underneath? It just sticks to the dispenser, but if uou don't feed it through anything how do you keep it from just sticking back on the roll and having to find the edge again...?
Hi Brook! Our tape dispenser is designed to prevent tape from falling back on the roll. To start, you lay the tape out, pull to feed, then cut. How many boxes will one roll cover
Hi, Brenda! It varies depending on how much tape you feel comfortable using for each box, but we estimate somewhere around 20-30 boxes. You can always buy extra rolls and return any unused/unopened rolls when you are done packing. Thank you!
