Hello, MJ! This rack does NOT include a receiver lock or a bike lock. To lock the rack to the receiver, you will need the Thule STL2 SnugTite Receiver Lock. You can use any kind of typical bike lock to secure your bikes to the rack, but we recommend the Thule 6’ Braided Steel Cable Lock. I hope that is helpful!
