Had the rack delivered for free. It arrived (in California) in good shape in a few days. It was easy to assemble a carries my 37 lb MTB securely. Two things to consider -- the instructions have some goofs in the parts list and guide, but are still useful. When backing up, the rack obscures the backup camera and sets off the alarm -- not bad really since I'd rather be reminded it's there when backing up than find out the hard way. Oh, and the strap has no good anchor point on my car, so I hooked it to the securing pin in the hitch and tied it to the upper part of the rack, which keeps the rack tight and stable. Build quality isn't perfect, with one foam sleave an inch to far in on the bent pipe and the little endcaps a bit torn inside so they don't sit flush. Minor issues that don't affect the rack's function. I fold it up and leave it on my Chevy Bolt's 1 1/4" hitch. It scrapes my dad's driveway if I back in too fast, but it's fine if I go slow, and hasn't bottomed out anywhere else.
Will it hold a single ebike that weights 75lbs?

Hello, is it ok if during the spring/summer it is exposed to the elements? ( mostly rain) Also, is it car wash safe? or should i remove the rack before entering the traditional car wash

My bike rack leans about 15° away from the back of the car, is this normal? The bikes are definitely not upright when on the rack.
