Installation was easy. The rack was very sturdy and heavy. It feels more than 85lbs after putting all platforms on it. It's very easy to load/unload bikes to/from the rack. Fairly easy to put on the security latch on the bikes and lock them. Since the lock is located at the bottom of the rack, once the bikes are loaded on the rack, it takes a little bit of effort to reach down to the lock. My only concern is that it doesn't come with a lock where the hitch and the receiver are connected. Would be great if it comes with a lock for that.

Installation was easy. The rack was very sturdy and heavy. It feels more than 85lbs after putting all platforms on it. It's very easy to load/unload bikes to/from the rack.
