Shipment to Massachusetts was faster than estimated, delivery and later pickup at Mass. location also quick and efficient. All items arrived in good shape. UHaul staff in both states (CO and MA) were helpful. Reminders and other communications were sent in a timely manner. Overall an excellent moving experience! Thank you U-Haul!
chris rThis initial order and working with WCR 15 part of the experience was excellent. It was the odd lack of clear communication from the u-box and scheduling departments afterward that made this a challenging and unpredictable experience. It was difficult to find out where my box was, then when it was scheduled for delivery, that was changed the day before pick-up. Info could not be found on my account (without an app), nor could some departments see what other departments within U-haul were doing. Someone at u-haul needs to go through a customer user-experience exercise to streamline & clarify this process.
