Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis has been the most stressful move ever! We have always used uhaul and never have experienced such a shit show!!! I called and made the reservation. The man was excellent. Then we had to deal with the office in statesboro Ga. That is where the nightmare began. The woman changed the reservation because she said the man did not know what he was doing. She promised me that I would not be charged more that it would be the same amount as my reservation. Now it is almost double the amount. The 1st box was supposed to be dropped off in the morning but did not arrive until 10pm in the evening. I was actually on the phone with a uhaul representative trying to find out where it was when they finally dropped it off. The woman from statesboro not only changed the reservation but then put it in my husband's name. I explained to her it must stay in my name because I was moving to ND and he was not. The last box was supposed to be picked up on the weekend. Instead Sunday I received a text stating it would be Monday morning. I replied that it Cannot be any later than Monday because I was leaving for ND. It was not picked up until Tuesday. I could have lost everything because we have sold the home and it was supposed to be out of there. After arriving to ND I called the local uhaul to see if the boxes where here. They told me they were not. I was told I would recieve a call when they arrived. I never received a call. I looked on the uhaul app and it shows only 4 boxes and I have a past due amount for $3,800 . I again called uhaul to find out why. I was told the boxes were delivered weeks ago. She found my name misspelled and 2 containers still in my husband's name. Then she finds the very 1st container that was picked up had been shipped separately. Which explains the additional $3,800. I was supposed to hear back with in a few days after the claim was filed. I have not. I pulled up the uhaul app again this morning to find i have over due balances. Still only showing 4 containers. I have had fees charged to my credit card for 3 of them. I cannot pay it because it wants to take out $3,8000 which was Not part of of my reservation. Statesboro forgot to ship one of the containers so bill them for it. Ot is now August 20th and this is still not resolved nor do I know where my stuff as nor can I access them. Please do better and get this resolved immediately!!!! This has been the most stressful and frustrating situation and someone with uhaul should be able to resolve this.
christina dlots of furniture pads in there and actually occupied quite a bit of space but we had a great experience otherwise so thank you!
