My time slot was given away to another person and delivery day filled up because I didn't answer their call right away. No one informed me that I would be bumped/rescheduled. I called back before the end of day and was told that my delivery was pushed 2 business days, and I would have to wait again for another phone call instead of scheduling my drop off at that time. This extreme inconvenience caused a delay in my moving date. There has to be a better system for this.

My original ubox location was at uhaul Pomona CA 91767 on 2190 N Garey Ave. They moved my ubox to different store affiliated with uhaul, not sure why... Pomona uhaul has the best quality ubox made of aluminum and solidly built!! Chino CA location was fine too for storage, but don't know why my uhaul acct has to update manually by Sunset Pacific? Sunset Pacific has my ubox since July 2025, why all of a sudden they texted me in Jan 2026 to ask if i had 2x uboxes with them?? Their records indicated 2x uboxes when there was just 1x.
Karen HSomeone at U-haul accidentally cancelled my UBox. I only found out via email. I had to call and get everything scheduled all over again. I was then assured that ZI would have my Ubox by 12/27 since it was Uhaul's mistake for cancelling in the first place. On 12/29, I received an email/text from Uhaul stating that my Ubox was ready to be picked up. After calling to confirm, I found that it was in fact NOT ready to be picked up and nobody knew where it was. On 12/30 I called and found that it was now there and ready to be picked up. From 12/15-12/22 I called Uhaul almost daily to get updates and explained to them how important it was to get my items by 12/27 as promised. Every single time I was assured it would get there. Sometimes I was told it was shipped, only to find after I asked for an email telling me it shipped, that it was not. terrible customer service all the way around.

Also in California the transportation store wasn’t open when we arrived to collect our belongings!! The personnel at the Taylor location told us that they were open on Saturday, so we have to make other arrangements!!
