One of the boxes were not packed securely by the movers and once of my lamps was damaged. But I was satisfied overall with the experience.

Damaged items due to packing damage done to home by movers while unpacking

Mike DMy boxes arrived very late during the day that I had scheduled. This could have been mitigated by calling me, but I had to spend a good amount of time on the phone until I was eventually connected with the people responsible for delivering the boxes and it was apparent that they knew from the start of the day that the delivery would not be completed until well-after the scheduled time. Additionally, I asked both the person on the phone (the one who confirmed that my delivery would be delayed) and the delivery driver to confirm that my box would be picked up the next day. They both affirmed that I would be receiving a call/email and that it would not be a problem. My pickup did not happen the next day. I spent even more time on the phone and had the pickup scheduled for two days later than originally planned. I had placed the containers in front of my garage with the intent of having them picked up the next day so it would not effect my access to the garage. Because of the poor service, I had to do a lot more work because of the blocked access and it is frustrating as this could have been mitigated by letting me know about schedule changes.
George BCommunication between the long haul and local service was lacking. The local delivery could not take advantage of an early cross county transit. If they could track the pods in route they may be able to be more proactive on their end.
james lThis review is for Grand Slam Movers who moved me into my house in Port St Lucie. Victor and the crew were very hard workers and outstanding in their customer service. It was very hot and humid and they got the job done. I would highly recommend them five stars.
Cheri EThe guys in Benton City packed very well and were professional. The Ubox was nearly a week late so bad on the logistics side. The Leesburg delivery was fast and picked up on time... But sent confusing messages. Price was great and overall would recommend.
