I FIRST WENT TO THE RIGHT WAY FOODS LOCATION WHERE I WAS TO ORIGINALLY DROP THE EQUIPMENT OFF THE CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE CAPACITY I TOLD MY HUSBAND TO GO BACK IN WHILE I CALL UHAUL TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. MY HUSBAND WENT INSIDE TO explain this is our drop location per contract and sat the keys on the counter and proceeded to walk out the cashier then threw the keys off the counter at my husband and told him get out of her store before she calls the police. I ended up calling the police as my husband is disabled and that is assault. I will never use uhaul nor ever go back to this store rightway foods. I have never been treated so poorly and rudely in my life I spent $350 on a uhaul just to be treated like garbage. Meanwhile spent two hours in the heat dealing with the police, when I went to the other location I had to do a self check in as they were closed and uhaul trying to charge me an additional $150 now I have to wait 48-72 hours to dispute these charges after already having a major dispute with the original drop off location (rightway foods zephyrhills fl). A nightmare and major headache.

The truck that we rented is unsafe to be on the road. The steering components are worn out and the truck wanders all over the road. Something will fail eventually, resulting in an accident.

This was the second location that was able to assist with my rental. That original location was not open (was listed as open). Took 4 calls to Uhaul to finally get assistance in locating a trailer for my trip.

My agreement when I called was to drop off at Branchton Farms. They would not accept my trailer because they had their quota and sent me to the above U-Haul. I went south to Branchton Farms and now had to back track and go quite a ways north. It was not what I wanted to do after a move, I will never recommend Branchton Farms

There were screws and food crumbs around the passenger seat and door of the truck. The power steering needs some attention, as it whines loudly when turning.

The online check-in was the worst experience I have ever had with anything that was labeled as “more convenient”. It did more harm than good and I will not be recommending that part of the service to anyone. Otherwise, a good experience

My specific complaint is against Uhaul not the location. I will never use you again. You totally ignored my requests/complaints, and billed me for equipment I didn't use. I was told someone would contact me within 2 days, its been over a week and I have not heard from anyone. I want my money back that I was overcharged!

took me 1 hour 15 minutes to get truck on July 5th. The truck could not be located on the lot and we walked around the lot carrying heavy moving materials and finally found the truck after moving 2 other vehicles...ridiculous

They were absolutely fantastic. Even took out extra day charge off because of the storm. Will definitely use them again for uhaul and even storage help.

The rental location's ability to make changes to my contract to extend the rental time by two days was frustrating for the location's representative and me. She had to re-enter some data several times and the final paperwork showed the extra charges but did not accurately reflect the number of days (still showed six days instead of eight). Either the computer system should be modified or perhaps more training for affiliates that rent U-Haul equipment?

The truck was infested with cockroaches. Pest control should be higher on the list of priorities. Staff at the location were very courteous and helpful, making the overall experience fine.

While the location we were finally able to get our reserved truck was ok, i am highly disappointed in the service i received from UHaul. I reserved my truck for 1 location only to arrive and find it had been moved, in route to the next location we found out ut had been moved again. Each time further from our house. They were some other disgruntled customers there that morning as well. The mix up cause us not to get our truck on time and we ended up paying our movers from the time they arrived even though we had no truck to load. I will not be using UHaul again and will recommend to anyone to go somewhere else.

Truck was great, but the trailer had a flat tire and I had to come back for it. Which was an inconvenience since I had to drive back to pick it up. Perhaps the equipment can be checked prior the customers arrival, in order to not inconvenience them.
