Key was in the wrong box had to call U-Haul however codes were pre-set so I could get the correct key out of the other box. Then U-Haul reset my check-in and everything went well after that.

Unable to get this location on the phone. Nobody available at drop of during opening hours. Limited space to drop off with minimal signage.
NATHANIEL BHave someone at the rental office during business hours or atleast leave a notepad on door saying when they will return.
Bobby BWhen we ent to pick up the truck they left the wrong keys. We called the number on the building 10 times, no answer and no voicemail. Called the Uhaul 800 number and was transferred to a generic call center, waited on hold then was disconnected. Called again and got a very helpful rep who transferred me to a manager who gave me the code to the orange key drop box so I could get the keys.
Chris LThe office should be staffed during office hours. Plus the location is in a cell-tower-deficient place, which did not allow me to upload the photos required at checkout in the link sent by text.
