They still charged me for the 3 dolly's that I ordered even though they did not provide them. He told me I could just stop at another U-Haul place and they could give them to me. I tried that at 2 places, both said they could not provide them. I want my money back for the dolly's. This was a huge inconvenience moving all of my furniture without dolly's. Not a happy camper

The person didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was gruff, had trouble getting the hitch on the ball, and walked away without connecting the safety chains. I had to tighten the hitch lock, connect the chains, I've never had such a bad experience with U-Haul before.
LAVERNE AListen to the customer. I said, I have Progressive Insurance. I was charged $60.00 anyway for insurance not needed. I did not understand my contract was for three days, therefore, it was returned in 24 hours. I spent unnecessary money and time with U-Haul.
