Getting the receipt took awhile. No one mentioned that I would get one elctronically. So I waited about 5 minutes to get it. The guy inside joked 'was just about to throw it away'. And I said, that he could have given it to me sooner. Not funny.

I drove 6 miles in a pickup truck and somehow was told by an employee I had to put more gas in the truck. How does a newer pickup truck use 12 dollars of gas when driving only 6 miles. Doesn't make sense



Person who helped me was extremely rude. He replied to everything I said with a grunt. I told him I would only need the truck for 3 hours and I would drive MAX 20 miles. I asked for the 10' $19 truck. I got charged $105 for the truck total. I assumed some of that was a deposit of some sort and refundable upon return of the truck. I drove 15 miles, had it back before I said I would and got no money back. The man who checked me out was a different one. He said I was charged for a round trip rental with a set amount of miles, which is why the rental itself was $79 (minus tax and insurance.) I feel like the first man was deceptive by not telling me what I was paying for. I'll not rent here again.

When giving out estimates please incorporate all charges including tax, that was a difference of almost a $100, extra charged. When planning for the move and we are creating the budget most plan on the estimate provided it should be what the charge actually should be,this is the only issue I had otherwise the personnel was great and pleasant, professional and courteous to work with.

I rented a trailer on Friday March 31st for a few hours and returned it within the time frame, their incompetent workers did not check in my trailer and charged me an additional $70 for no reason according to them I kept it 2 extra days. I call them and all they do is send me to customer service where more incompetent people file complaints but do not do anything to address the issue. It is now Thursday April 6th and I have yet to get a phone call an apology my refund anything... I will never go back and for everyone reading this be very careful when you return your equipment make sure they actually check them in and not overcharge you

First of all this complaint is against the U-Haul organization from customer service to the corporate . For last nine years I've been always using U-Haul for my business every time I invest a lot of money at this company but unfortunately this recent experience what's the worst customer service I have received anywhere in the world is from U-Haul . 1) when I booked it over the phone reservation I went to the lobby there was no reservation . 2) for drop off I told him I would like to drop it off and I'll Grove were previously I dropped off the U-Haul and will schedule across town for me to drop it off 3 )I don't have right back from that location 4) I called customer service they didn't help me they said wait till tomorrow morning talk to corporate to help you 5) I called in the morning the corporate explain to them that's what's happening that I don't have ride to get back from that drop off location also it wasn't my mistake it was U-Haul some mistake to assigned me that location 6) The representative from corporate tells me will is not my problem that you don't have a ride back you should walk back home!!!!!!!!over 10 miles . 7) this is not how you respect your customer and this is not how you treat a customer where they give their business to big company like you are 8) I will never ever ever recommend U-Haul to anyone or use you all in my life again!!!!!!!!
