The website stated office open the day I was to return my truck. But they were not. I do not like having to pass off my rental keys to a mail slot. Self return is sketchy. I do not like leaving my rental truck in a parking spot and dropping a key in a mail slot that could be picked with a wire hanger. Sketchy for sure.

Disappointed that I was charged extra mileage. I had to pickup the uhaul in Quincy,WA because that was the only one available even though I reserved in a week in advance. I was tild I would be credited mileage on the phone, but then I get charged. Very disappointed. .

Heather EThe location is not an actual U-Haul facility but instead a self storage. The only reason I rated this as high as I did, was because of the very nice employee who saw me having issues trying to pick up on camera, and came in early to help us. Extremely difficult to pick up via video pick up. Were there almost 2 hrs trying to pick up before the employee came to help us
