Grado:

Make sure tires are better maintained and tire employee knows the difference between good and bad tires. The tires on the 1st trailer were cupping and not wearing properly and the tire guy said that they would travel 2500 miles just fine. Didn't feel it was necessary to take a chance and the employees had a I don't care attitude. I insisted on another trailer but ended up with the size I didn't want which cost me more gas. I have been going through U haul for several years and this was just a very disappointing experience.

Sunday 10/07/18 Checking in was great, Our Rental was a 29.99 U-Haul truck. The paperwork we signed showed that it had an eighth of a tank and was told if we brought back on a quarter would receive 30.00 credit. After signing our paper work my husband got in the truck noticed the truck was on a empty tank. He took picture and went in and showed the manager, (manager black hair and glasses) she said she would take care of it when we returned....he also noticed that we received a smaller Dolliei not the large one. he said look there two different sizes, we were charged for a $10 dollie but it was given a $7 dollie. She was argumentative with my husband so she went outside looked what we received and was told she would correct when we returned.... so after moving some items to our new home we returned the truck at 5:00 PM and that's when it fell apart with this office. My rating is a zero. Manager had not updated are file yet because another employee was checking us out. Then the Manager remember she had not updated changed and told other employee to wait so she could correct what she hadn't been corrected. Other employee went out to read gas gage and cane back and said we owed 40. 00 more. and that's when my husband became upset. Trying to over charge us. This should have been correct before we left or this over right after.We said somthing wrong because we should have a 30.00 credit because we brought back with more gas, Manager and other employee said no that's what it was. The other employee (long hair, red head ) took a picture of gas tank gage. ( that's were we drop the ball because we didn't take a picture, it was right below a quarter tank when we sh Turned the truck off). She showed a picture with the mark between an eighth and a quarter and was going to charge us more. That's when my husband started getting upset felt like we were being taken advantage of, he said this is a racket , ask for the manager, she said I am the manager putting both her fist on the counter looking at us with an attitude ( blackhair and glasses) then my husband said if you were the manager then why did you send me out in an empty truck, and that's when it all fell apart. My husband was upset and voice became loud. The Manger and 2 other employees told use to leave and we could settle up tomorrow. We said no we wanted it corrected. A Male employee that was behind the counter said that he didn't need to be upset, husband said don't tell me not to be upset. They instantly said leave or they would call the cops. My husband said call them.that's when it got more heated. I asked my husband to step outside because I could see this going sideways poor management skills on U-Haul part *definitely a coaching opportunity. I tried to deal with the manager explaining the eighth of a tank and a quarter of a tank. She did take some off my bill and she should have. I really feel that there is some coaching for management in this office. I have been

I originally reserved a 20 foot truck and dolly. I was given a 26 ft truck with no charge. Truck was way to big. I called and they received a 20’ and changed me out at no charge. The 20’ was perfect and drove very nice. The agent was very polite and took care of me quickly. Great agent.

Started on line ad yet it took 45 minutes to pick up trailer. Return process took maybe 10 minutes and the guy was very helpful. Need to speed up pick up process for those who are prepared and ready.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Self check in app/process never worked and my move was delayed for hours while I sat onsite in the middle of nowhere on the line with customer service trying to get the app to work to resolve the issue. In the end, I ended up having to drive 30 miles away to rent a truck at an attended site. I ended up incurring extra mileage cost and wasted precious time. After my ordeal, I reported this to customer service who apparently never read my complaint and blamed my difficulty on me. I was told by the Uhaul representative that the app was working just fine, the delay was my fault and that my experience was somehow incorrect. I will never rent from Uhaul again--unbelievably bad customer service and technical problems made the whole experience just awful.

After Randy in the truck I rolled the windows down drove home and loaded my 17 foot U-Haul locked everything close the windows lock the front doors and got up the next morning to cigarette smoke in the cab. I am allergic to tobacco and that smoke was nauseating. I found for cigarette butts in the ashtray that had not been cleaned out so I had to do it before I could even continue to drive to where I was going to unload the rental truck. When I turn the truck in the person outside that I turn the truck into when I told him he did not even acknowledge but he did look in the ice tray to see that I did clean it out
