Lauree M | Primeras impresionesEver since I started renting the unit I have been renting the employees at e nob hill uhaul have found any way to find a problem with me. From lying about me to trying to get me taken off my boyfriend's account. They make up things and acuse me of a number of different things. All because im homeless. They've been discriminating me the whole time ive had the unit. And ive seen many people hangout in their unit and they never get told anything. Ive seen them several days in a row. And they do nothing about it. They've made my life in renting the unit very difficult.
kathy d | Experiencia generalExcellent staff so helpful and compassionate. They made the move in easy and made renting the truck seamless. THANK YOU U-HAUL YOU SAVED MY LIFE.
valerie r | Primeras impresionesI have been storing my belongings here for 3 years at the nob Hill but I've used U-Haul in all my moves throughout my life.. they are the most cost-effective user-friendly, and secure company that I trust. They have the best staff the best leadership AND THEY TRULY SAVED ME AND MY BELONGINGS IN A VERY UNSTABLE ECONOMY. U-HAULS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT I WOULD USE FOR MOVING AND STORING MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Valerie R | Experiencia generalI'm very happy so far. The only thing I don't like is the fact the bathroom is so far away and that I don't have access after 7:00 pm
laurann r | Primeras impresionesThe manager and the person helping me went above and beyond to help me. They're the reason why I keep coming back to you guys for storage as well as using your vehicles.
ROBIN T | Primeras impresionesI didn't have much interaction with staff. A few of the log in and out machines don't function properly.
BRANDON B | Experiencia generalYou guys were more then helpful with making sure we got out things im sorry for the lack of communication that you guys receivered on our end! Thanks again for everything!
Amanda S | Experiencia generalEverything was top-notch. The only recommendation I have is making sure all the entrances work ..the back entrance keypad would often not be working..
Cruz L | Experiencia generalThe staff didnt seem very organized and made me waste alot of time screwing up trucks, losing keys and not knowing their own system very well
JACKSON B | Primeras impresionesI had a good overall experience storing at this U-Haul location. The facility felt secure and well-lit, and I never had any issues accessing my unit during the access hours. The office hours also worked well for my schedule, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-maintained throughout my rental period. I would recommend this facility to a friend looking for storage in the Yakima area. Thank you!
Michael R | Experiencia generalJust what we were looking for.
Edward E | Experiencia generalI have had mostly great experience with u-haul. Some of the trucks were questionable but they were local drives and I didn’t have any issues. I expect the same service at this location. This location is huge and I wasn’t even aware of it but one of the local storage companies that was full recommended this place.
