Windshield wipers were terrible, could barely see in the snow. Waited for over 20 minutes to both pick up and drop off (each time) the vehicle.

There were two people working I happen too see them when I got in. I walked into the building waiting for help me and about 6 others (there was an action at the time ) we all stood around for about 10-15 min before the auctioneer came in and asked where was the staff all us had no idea couldn't find them after I pulled up. She had too call the main boss before we got any help just silly, the truck rental went fine after that. Thought there was 1/4 of a tank and they tried too say it was 1/2 full

The gas was NOT as much that my contract said. I have pictures to prove it. Your drop off policies NEED to be told to customers. I had NO idea that I had to stay and do the check in process. I called the service 800 number 2 times, and both reps told me that they could not check my truck in the system. Bad information? Bad service reps? Needs to be fixed for those customers who are unfamiliar with your services.

This was absolutely the worst experience moving that I have ever had... The truck that we received had a bad driver side windshield wiper and made our commute in Michigan during snowfall very bad we had to pull over on the side of the road several times during our move to clean the windshield by hand all the spray paint splatter from trucks and cars hitting the windshield... When I went in to explain to the staff I asked for them not to Bill me until I spoke to the general manager and the insured that they I'm sure they would call me the following business day to discuss what happened... I never did receive a call the only thing I noticed with it took $20 off of my bill which is insulting considering my safety of myself and my family was compromised was compromised by a poorly-maintained vehicle... Furthermore I would like to discuss this further 616-323-8317

There was no one present when we arrived to pick up our truck. We had to go to another part of the building to find someone to help us. The customer service worker did not seem to really want to work. Once we had finished our paper work, we were given the keys; however, we were not even shown where to find our truck. In addition, our truck was covered with snow, including the back cab where we planned to load furniture. When we returned the truck an hour and a half later, it was apparent that the customer service worker was irritated we returned the truck early. The whole experience was very disappointing and well below average customer service.

Truck had a vibration at certain speeds. Smelled of antifreeze at times. Car dolly pin broke letting a ramp come out about 100 miles into the trip.

Low tire pressure light was on. Pre-rental should have taken care of it. Did not cause us any problems, but does make you expect a flat tire.

Not let their tires blowout 4 miles down the road while they wait 2 hrs for them to bw changed and not even accomadated for such poor service

This location is notorious for taking a really long time. The self check in and pick up using my phone was fantastic. When I arrived there was a man at the desk working with an agent. When I left after checking myself in and getting my van, that man was still waiting and there were now 2 more people waiting behind him. I highly recommend the self check in system.

When dropping off on Sat the 13th, I was told that the trailer would be checked in and an email receipt would be emailed to me. When I received no email by the next day, I called the location and was transferred to an answering service even though the business was open. I was told that she would call the dealer and have them contact me, I heard nothing so I called Customer service. I was told that they would contact the area rep and have him call me. I heard nothing. Now, three days later I received an emailed receipt showing that I returned the trailer 2 days later than I did. No explanation and no call. I would not use this location again.

Check the tires of the trucks. The truck I had had tread below 1/16th of an inch and I lost traction consistently throughout the day and almost went off the road multiple times.

When I arrived to pick up the truck, I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the register. The woman that helped me was nice which kind of turned my attitude around. I brought the truck to my apartment and the movers opened it and asked if I had seen the back of the truck yet. I said no and they said it was horribly dirty with mud caked everywhere and that it would probably get my belongings dirty. I called and a nice gentleman (James I think?) said they would refund me what they should have charged the previous customer for the lack of cleanliness. When I arrived to drop off, the gentleman that checked the vehicle back in was very nice. He was able to tell me about the discount for the issue right from the moving truck. The only reason I did not mark "below average" was because there were a couple people throughout the process that made the situation better...customer service wise. But overall this location needs to up their game! This was the second bad experience in two moves that I've had. The only reason I tried again was because I had a gift certificate to use.

I have no complaints about this location or its staff, but I was given an unsafe vehicle. The tires were so bald I had zero traction on the road. I was stuck in a parking space in the snow, and the towing crew from your roadside assistance program took one look at the tires and couldn't believe the vehicle was allowed to be given to a customer. He told me to keep it off the roads for my own safety, and in doing so, I was charged for another day. Another person who tried to help push me out said the same thing. Seems unfair I had to pay for another day of rental because your vehicle wasn't safe for the roads. The woman on the phone even told me to walk to a store and get chains for the tires, as if it was MY responsibility. Very disappointing that there is no check of the vehicles to make sure they are safe before they are given to a customer.

The gentleman who helped hook up my trailer was awesome. Great attitude despite the 5 degree weather! I was shown how to use the trailer, and he gladly answered all my questions. However, Wait time inside the lobby was on the long side, more counter staff could help.

Van/truck still had an empty tea bottle from previous customer. Van/truck was clean for the most part (clean for a moving van). I was over charged for rental & insurance. An email was sent, but still no response. I would appreciate these "extra" charges be removed from my credit card. Thank you.
