I’m still being charged insurance when I didn’t select insurance when I booked the rental on that app. I’ve disputed this with U-Haul and haven’t heard anything back.

The gentleman at the liquor store helped me a great deal. I was confused to the turn in portion and he explained the process and helped me get it done! Give em a raise for sure!
KEITH KHad to hook myself. No one onsite. Received a phone call and requested i send him a photo after hooking up which I did. He said it looked good Lucky I didn't have any issues Will never rent at this place
Robert RCustomer had the truck and trailer ready for pick up. Pick up was smooth. Photo process was smooth. Location didn't have wires for trailer lights. The guy said his manager, Adam Stone, said to go pick up wire from a different uhaul location. This wasted my allotted milage and made me drive "illegally" with no trailer lights. Not cool!
Carl OWe made a reservation through the Lake Saint Louis, MO location. They did not have the truck we needed and sent us to this location in Wright City. They did not have the truck we needed either but gave us a different size truck that was very hard to drive and all our items moved around in the truck because it was too big. The drop off for the truck was different too than our reservation. It was a much further drive to drop off. Why do we have a reservation, with a confirmation, when they don't have the truck and place to pick it up as requested? Lake Saint Louis, MO location was not helpful but we didn't have any other option since we were within days of our trip.
