Better explanation of the expectations for fuel. Seems like a scam to swns a vehicle out with less than a fll tank and expect the cuatomer to figure out how much to put back in. Then if you over fill it thete is no rebate. So uhaul ends up getting free gas! Nice little scam!

People were courteous and helpful. This office needs a new printer. My rental was delayed because the printer was defective. This had nothing to do with the personnel. They were great. They just need the right equipment to do their job.

Customer service was poor. The guy who was there was rude and irritated, like I was interrupting his day. Uhaul advertises that vehicles can be dropped off anywhere but smart alec guy kept saying no, because the truck wasn't a "Two way " vehicle like I'm supposed to know what that means. I returned it 15 minutes before closing time and the door was already locked. He was snotty and scolded me, the customer when I knocked. I'll never rent there again.

The building was clean and the people working there were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. However, getting in and out of the location is somewhat of a nightmare. They appear to be very busy, and there is little parking. The driveway is very short. While our overall experience was fine, we will avoid leasing from this location in the future.

I booked the truck which was very close to my house but had to pickup from a different location which is 5 mile away. If needs to pickup from a different location then credit for additional miles should be provided to the renters

I believe that this venue could use an additional counter person to help out these women were extremely busy. Its a great facility! One person seems to be s little lean but unsure about what the rental volume is. Its a lot to ask of the person to check you in and personally go with you to the setup review at your rental equipment?

The location was fine and Andrew was great. My problem was with my initial reservation which was at 1314 E 15th Ave. The equipment I reserved had been rented out. My reservation was for 7:00, I called to report I woul be about 30 min late and was advised that was fine. Upon my arrival i was told the equipment I reserved had been rented out the day before. Also without an apology, I was rudely told that that if I still wanted to rent equipment I had to travel across town to the Worthington location to pick up what I needed. That inconvenience caused me to be an hour and a half late to my destination. I can understand the mistake that was somehow made my the person who reserved the equipment when I called; however, I did not appreciate the attitude of the employee from the 1314 E 5th Ave location nor his tone and delivery of the information. If was as if my need for the equipment and the fact that it wasn't available as it should have been was an everyday practice for his store and that the disappointment and inconvenience of the customer was of no concern to him.
