Very friendly and willing to accomodate customers needs
Mike B.The app doesn't work very well. It took 15 minutes to upload the first 4 pictures and then it asked for 5th picture of the location after I gave up and left the site. There is no reason why it should take so long to upload photos, especially on a native app.
Trevor C.Had to drop off after hours. My cell battery was needing charging so I had to leave and come back. One suggestion. Why not have a Uhaul wifi at such places so phones are not dependant on cell networks that eat batteries. My phone was 40% when I began sending everything but it took so much battery to send pictures I almost couldn't do it.
