RAUL G.I had to wait till Monday to pick up the auto transporter because it was not available at the same place that I rented the truck (Reserved six weeks ahead of time).I had to wait the extra day to get the trailer that was 20 miles North out of my way from where I was moving from. I got back to where I was moving from and loaded the car to find out that the trailer tire was flat. Had to wait two hours to get the tire fixed. All of this put me over four hours late to start my trip. Not happy at all.

Brian S.Gas level was not full so I had to guess on how much to put in and overpaid for fuel. Also there was no mention that the vehicle did not have a loading ramp which damaged the item I was moving. Also the check engine light was on just fyi.

Steven R.Van that i rented was recently fixed , had to wait for them to get gas. Engine light was on and they reset for me to take it. Rich who works there was rude stating that he was having a bad day . I told him I understand he's having a bad day but customer service is important.

SUE P.I was told the fuel was at 1/2, I left, got a ways down the road and noticed it was 3/8. I returned it with 1/2 tank anyway because that's what was on the contract and didn't feel like arguing over it even though the price of fuel is $4.00 per gallon

mike O.I experienced great customer service from all the staff at this location. I had moved my original reservation from the U-haul of Salem because of a change of plans. Great customer service at the Salem location where they located the trailer I needed and arranged the new reservation. Good experience all around.

Steven P.Customer service was not good. I was told if the truck broke it was my responsibility to repair the truck with cash only. T han when I received the keys i was not shown what truck was mine i had to find my own truck. After leaving the breaks were horrible , engine light came on before I got home. 15 miles away. I had to hurry up and only move 1/2 of what was needed to due not wanting the truck to break down. For a truck that only has under 80,000 miles on it, it tan like it had 250,000 miles on it. I would not recommend this uhaul company to anybody. Such a poor truck I turned it in 2 days before needing to.

Gabriel R.Was suppose to Pick up 17 foot truck at 8AM on 5/22/21, The location could not log into Uhaul so had to wait 3 hours for Uhaul to get their site working again so I could get my truck. Was charged $19.48 for fuel, and only 7.5 miles driven. I also parked truck on a different incline that when I picked it up, so I don't know how they came up with that figure. Was charged $18.48 for sales items, no idea what that was for, nothing was used. Wonder if UHaul will even read this

michael V.They failed to hook the chains up properly they failed to check the lights the running lights on the trailer I was pulled over by Oregon State Police and I had to take care of it myself the man that helped me in Woodburn needs to be taken back to school and taught how to properly hook up a trailer and check the lights

No paperwork provided. After spending $1,000's on numerous U-Haul products, rentals and services, this was the worst. Please refund the bait and switch $10! Gracias.

Mickie L.The truck worked well, and the staff was great. The UHaul Truck Share experience went very poorly - the mileage that UHaul had recorded in your system was off by 12000 miles. This kept the app from accepting my mileage entry when I picked up the vehicle, and again when I returned it. The staff called UHaul to try to get the information entered when I picked up the car, but couldn't get it fixed, so just entered a comment. The time this took caused me to return the truck after hours, so I ended up needing to call UHaul to get the truck turned in. I think you may want to invest in improving the Truck Share experience in these error conditions to improve the customer experience. I was frustrated at the time, since I spent so much time working around this mileage issue (30 minutes at check out; more than that at check in). Putting that part of the experience aside, the truck was clean and drove well - I was very happy with the truck itself.
