I was expecting a $10 fuel charge when I brought the truck back with a gauge in approximately the same place that is I pick it up. But was charged $10. 63 for fuel I don't understand that nor do I appreciate it.

They double charged me and charged $45 to drive half a mile down the road and put in less than 1/8 of a tank of gas hours later, even after already charging for fuel originally. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

I am very unhappy with the process of returning the vehicle via a phone app. I was unable to get it to work, returned the vehicle the same day, had to talk to customer service and send a picture of the gas gauge and millage, spent time on hold listening to a recording telling me to fill out a survey and still got charged for a second day.

had a fifteen minute delay in returning rented item and was charged for additional day rental. Business is business but customer courtesy insures repeat business. I will use U-Haul again but not this agent.

The moble check in is a joke. 45 minutes into it I shut it down and dealt with the employee. Shame on you for a horrible mobile service. Id rent from the location again but I don't think I will use uhaul ever again. The odometer also gives false readings. We maped the trip in our truck and it was a total of 26 miles....your truck read 44 miles. The employee agreed it was rediculous but it was out of his control. We knew it wasnt him. He was fantastic. I would rate uhaul 1/5. Extremely disappointed and turned off. The employee would receive 5/5 as it is his work ethic and personality NOT anything related to Uhaul.

I did not realize U-Haul rented motorcycle trailers until this recent experience. I am certain that there are many motorcycle riders out there that would use this service if they only knew it was available. I would think some advertising in this area would be beneficial.

Your website for checking in is a piece of crap. I got charged an extra day because i didn't and couldn't figure out how to check in . I think you are a money hungry company and this app will cause you to lose a lot of customers. I asked the personnel in the store to show me how to use the app and they couldnt they couldnt operate the app they gave me, after the fact, directions that were faded and hard to read. What about those peoole who don't own a smart phone they are really screwed. I was so disappointed with your company i will look forward to using another company.
