Grado:

The $15 safe move charge should not be automatically charged to the renter. This should be mentioned as an option by the person working there to the customer. I rented twice in the last 2 weeks and the first time I had a vehicle for 3 days and I had to pay an additional 45 bucks and I didnt know I could of not wanted the safe move option of 15 dollars a day. The sales person should offer this to the customer and not just add this to there bill. Thanks

The in charge told me that there is tiny dent caused by me I am 100% that i am sure it did not happen within my 4 hour watch over the vehicle. It is so hard how inefficient he is and then what do you expect when a person is so very careful driving the vehicle. I am your customer for more than 2years and next time I will not use your vehicle especially with the person in charge at inskster avenue. I hate being accused very badly

I rented an equipment at 4pm on oct 13. I said I eould use it for 24 hours. When I returned it on time they said I need to be charged bec I was supposed to return it 845 pm of oct 13. We checked the contract and it indeed said I was to return it the same day when I definitely said I need it for 24 hours. I ended up paying more when I was trying to save by going to Uhaul. Definitely not going back.

terrible experience. person doing booking was rude and surly. location was changed and no effort to help out picking up van was a joke--person took a half hour to find the keys. overcharged for mileage new booking method not easy to work through. good experience in past--they seem to be getting worse not better.

The services at the location were great, staff were very friendly and quick service. Would have preferred if u-haul could have found us a location closer to where we live...there are many. Inkster location was all the way across Winnipeg from where I live in st vital.

The staff Jessica, although she's kind, is undertrained and the other staff left her by herself so she does not have anyone to ask for unfamiliar entry in the computer. It took her almost 20 minutes to have the truck rental ready. I also included a storage rental but I was told they (Jessica and the guy without large hole in his ear, earrings?) will do it quickly once I got back from getting my belongings because the system was down. After I got back, the guy was gone and only Jessica was there. It took her a long time again to process the storage unit rental. The swipe card was not working so she had to use her own code. She promised to have the card fixed and we could uload first. She led me to the unit which was dirty. Had I known the floor would be dirty, I would have brought a broom and dust pan to clean the floor. Since we did not have any choice, we unloaded my belongings. Getting the 1st month for free should not mean renting a dirty unit. I got back at the office to get the fixed swipe card but it's still not fixed when I got back. The guy with the big hole in his ears/earring advised that my transaction with Jessica did not go through (after all those minutes of waiting) so he had to do it again. What's frustrating with this man was he could have processed the truck rental return at the same time but he asked me to go to Jessica again. I waited for another few minutes because Jessica was with another customer. I could have used the amount of time wasted in these transactions resting after a tiring move. Please train your staff well before leaving them on their own.

McPhillips location was spot on with their service, but the online check it was difficult to navigate, it wouldn't let me add a second driver without complete information. It would have been nice to fill out what I could and then finish the process at the desk. Since I could complete it, it wouldn't register any of the fields that i submitted...

After I booked the Uhaul they changed my pickup request and also said I would have to bring it back to the same location this was the weekend before. Had to reschedule for the weekend I did take the Uhaul. Was then told I could only get I 15 foot truck because the city of Winnipeg was short trucks. Very frustrating dealing with the booking people on the phone didn’t return calls when they said they would. Had wrong date twice and wrong pickup times.

Absolutely awful experience with Uhaul. Multiple phone calls asking me to change my order. Luckily razmin was terrific. Great manager, great person. Would recommend him to anybody anyway. Only positive thing uhaul has going is a manger like him running a busy location. Received a charge that was promised not to be there. Luckily it was taken care. Uhaul needs needs needs to improve their customer service. Can learn from razmin forsure!

I rented 3 units for a few months although the units were good there was often problems with the vehicle bay doors. We had to move thing in and out of the facility more than once using the walkin door. Also l was told by your inkster location employee l could cancel my units by phone when they were empty as he was very busy with a line up of customers and he was the only one there. This past week l was on vacation at my Cottage and called your call centre and was told l could only cancel in person even thou l was payed in full. I made a special trip back to the city Wednesday to cancel them as l was told only to find out the units were cancelled and already rented to someone else. Thanks for wasting my day and my gas for nothing. Should have some members of your Staff trained better. That being said. Moving truck was excellent. Storage facility suited my need very well . Thank U
