Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhen you ask the attendant at the counter if you bring the unit back before 5pm and whether or not you will be charged and additional day and he says no only to find out that I was in fact charged and additonal day for the trailer and the dolly, I am not happy with the service at all. The first person at the counter when I went to pick up the trailer and dolly had no idea how to operate the computer or work on the Uhaul system. She called for help. Upon returning she was struggling to utilize the computer. I think that you need to have the associates trained better if you want to provide an acceptable level of customer service. I will definetly think twice before I evern consider utilizing Uhaul in the future. You have some work to do with your associates. First they need to honor what they say. Second they need to know how to operator a computer and the system hardware.
Jerome SBoth times we have picked up a truck at this location, the official U-Haul employee was not present so an untrained ( or unfamiliar) employee bungled through the process. The employee was polite but the process took over 30 minutes. Other than that, we are grateful for the close location. thank you

Derek LTrailer was ready on my arrival. While one person filled out paperwork, the other hooked up the trailer. Very efficient. Also, close to home.
