I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was while helping me with the rental of a car dolly. Although this was my first visit to their hardware store, I am certain that it will not be my last. An employee of the business connected the car dolly and offered safety pointers while standing in the rain. I was impressed with this business throughout this transaction. My college age granddaughters might expect this type service but it is not common in today's world for an old, bald guy like me. Thanks again.

The employee on duty did not know how to use the computer and was not familiar with the process or the rental equipment available! I had reserved the equipment (in person) FOUR days prior to picking it up. Upon arriving to get the equipment the employee couldn't find my records and didn't appear to know how to operate the computer. It took 45 minutes to re-register and actually get the equipment. Better employee training would result in better customer satisfaction.

We had to drive 1/2 hour in the opposite direction to pick up the vehicle instead of the location we requested closer to home. They would not deliver the truck to the location we requested. When we turned the truck in, they noticed that the backup lights were inoperable and we noticed that the tires on the right rear were wore down to the wearbars.

My original reservation got messed up by you all. So instead of driving 8 miles to get the truck I had to drive 45 miles one way which at $1.00 a mile cost me an extra 74.00 dollars. You all never offered me a discount even though it was your all’s mistake. I don’t think I will recommend U-haul to people just for that reason.

Whe9 u reserve a uhual at a certain location dont text the next day before u pick it up and tell me it not there then tell me i have to go 20 miles farther grom orginal pick up arez and say its alrigjt and say its another customer fault that its not there. Ujual could have drove it therebfrom the other location but they didnt and when i call to talk to the manager he wouldn't get on the phone. Poor customer relationship but i know me venting wont help out because u people dont care one bit.

Very dirty inside, some of the lights did not work. Where it was parked in the grass I had to get help to hook it up to my vehicle. You could not move it.

Your online system said I had a 6:45 PM pickup. I arrived at 6:15 and the place was closed. I got the after hours number and got the owner to open. I was expected to connect the trailer myself with no sakery check. I had to request one. Also one tire had a leak. Most likely empty when I picked it up. When loses the next day the trip was empty. I charger to 55 psi and three hours later it was 40 psi. I informed the location of the bad tire.

The first time I went to pick It up the Strap to strap vehicle on trailer was warn down and wouldn’t reach across the tire.The second time I picked it up it was the same way had to modify to haul vehicle the trailer was supposed to have been fixed the day before but it was the same way the second day I picked it up

Clerk had not cleaned the unit, and it was filthy in both the cab and the truck box.I rented the unit at one location via the internet, and had to drive an extra 15 miles to pickup the unit. The hand truck/dolly that I also rented had no way to fasten it in the truck, so it rolled around when the truck was unloaded and on the road. The rolling door in the back had a broken track wheel. The sales guy appeared to be very new to this type of transaction, and therefore unsure of what he needed to do.

the pick up employee was very friendly but struggled a bit with the computer , took a little longer to pick up than i would have liked but he made up for it since he was apologetic.

Your staff took almost 90 minutes to rent me the trailer that I had reserved. It took two phone calls from the district manager to explain to the dealership how to rent a reserved trailer. Isn't this the job of the trailer dealer??? Seriously disappointed!

Where the 9x5 trailers are kept made it a little hard to hook to the unit by yourself. On the first trailer I attempted to hook to I could not lift the hitch high enough due to back of trailer hitting a pile of what appeared to be roofing. Had to move to second trailer to get hooked up.
