The wheel straps on the trailer were too short to wrap around our big Jeep tires. We had to buy an extension strap and wenches to extend them...but that worked well.

The check in process took way too long. It was complicated for me online and the two associates who helped me with checking at the location. U-Haul gave them issues while trying to check me in as well. U-Haul needs to make the check in process faster
James CI returned both trailers at least one full day early. I believe there should have been some kind of credit back to me for returning a full day early.

Billy BThe Uhaul was poorly parked. It was raining and there were big puddles all around the truck that I had to step in to take all the pictures requested. The truck was hard to get out of the spot it was parked in. The drivers door you have to slam to shut bc something is wrong with it. Very disappointed and wish I had went to another location.
