Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery smooth check in and check out process. Equipment was clean and well maintained. Location is ideal. Repeat renter.

Michael TThe trailer was not ready for pickup. The trailer was missing the cabling necessary to operate the breaklights. I was directed by this location to travel with the trailer disconnected to a secondary location to pick up the missing cabling. At the second location, I operated the vehicle while a U-Haul employee tested the lighting. He said everything worked properly but when I inspected it, I discovered that the right light was out. When I asked abou it, the employee stated, "Not my problem, you can talk to Pinnacle about it." Terrible experience.
