The van had apx. 11,000 miles. However, the vehicle drove like it had 100,000. When you went over a bump, It felt like you were riding a horse. Also, van took 15.3 gallons of gas to drive about 200 miles. I was hauling a small load. The location itself was better the average, easily accessibleGary P.

let's see. I am being told I damaged the vehicle, location claims no damage prior to rental. I never received paperwork listing it's status, a police officer saw the damage which is clearly visible. but yet, was inspected before my rental. a claim with my credit card and bbb have already been filed. I refuse to pay 1000 for someone not doing their job of not listing a clearly defined problem then blaming me to cover it up. no way on earth will I ever use uhaul again. this story will be made known to all my personal and professional contacts where not to goBRUCE D.

I used the self service , where you can access the process of picking up a truck or van from online without going in person or if the facility is closed , which i never knew about and it was very convenient. Definitely will use it again when needed .Ashley R.

My only suggestion is to show customers certain things on the truck. My boyfriend and I normally drive cars, we were not use to such a large vehicle and it's workings. When we first got in the truck my boyfriend turned the key and he couldn't get it to start or switch gears and the check engine light was on. Then I tried it out and the same thing happened. We let the guy know and he came out and got it started and moving immediately. Apparently it was in â€œtow/haul modeâ€ or something of that nature and that's why it did what it did when we tried to start it. Maybe we're a couple of idiots but it would have been helpful if we were shown or told that prior to trying to drive away with the truck. The entire time we were worried it was going to break down but it didn't and everything ended up working out. It was easy to make a reservation and arrange to pick up and drop off the truck. I would use this company again and I would recommend it to someone.ROBERT M.
I had a reservation fir a truck, but it wasn't available. I had to go to another location. I was quoted a final bill of $106.40, because I didn't use all of the miles that were included, but I was charged the estimated amount of $138.71 which was deducted from my account on 3/15/21. I called and was told that the adjustment would be made when closing out my bill, but it wasn't.CHERYL B.
I thought everything was fine however it was crazy to me that I had to talk to the person through the door. He had a mask on talking to me I couldn't hear him at all this is not right! I still have no idea what he said to me. I left with no receipt or even knowing the fine cost. I was worried all night I put more gas then what is shown on the receipt I received.Stephanie P.

I have submitted a dispute on my final billing (Reference ID: 3081384) that was sent to me after cargo van drop off. I am waiting to hear about refunding the over-charge. Also, I was disappointed that the check tire pressure light was on for both the back tires during my trip and could not be resolved despite multiple attempts to fill tires with air.JAMES P.

The truck at my original location was broken so my location was changed which caused me to incur additional mileage. I tried to talk to the people at the location (A Storage) during their business hours and the person wouldn't let me in, talked to me through a locked door and he obviously didn't understand me through a door and my mask but said that it was a self dispatch and there was nothing he could do. I would not use this location again for a truck rental or storage service. Otherwise truck was fine.Jack M.

I reserved the truck, was informed there was â€œlimited availabilityâ€ when I reserved it, and then never received a call the night before stating a truck was actually NOT available. The next morning we had a full team of friends ready to go but no moving truck. A rep found us a 15' truck instead but what should have taken half a day is taking a day and a half. This is a reflection on uhaul and not the location where we rented the truck from.Daniel B.
