The 60 /40 weight distribution did not work for our 6800lb tractor. Because there was too much tongue weight the imbalance caused trailer brake failure causing a near miss. After we centered the load over the tandem wheels the cylinder was able to engage correctly. This should be reviewed!!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe got to the location, asked if we could rent one of the three trailers that were there, were told they were all reserved, were told to phone 1-800 #, who made a reservation for us for that location and for one of the trailers. What a pain.

Jagdish SWorse than poor...your automated system is slower than snail vomit.. it should not take me an hour to check out a trailer that I have already reserved...AND I'm already in the system! TOTAL SHITSHOW...U*-Haul should be banned from doing business in Canada untill they can PROVE basic industry standards are met, at this point a pen and paper form would be 175% more efficient! The trailer had not been swept out for some time and it has no foot!?!? How the hell is one person supposed to hook up a 800+LB trailer with no gawdam foot!!???! WTactualF? I'm holding up a finger, can you guess which one?
