The location was not staffed when I arrived, although I called ahead to ascertain the address and was told that it would be open ‘til 4PM. I found a gate unlocked and parked the truck. Two further trucks were returned while I was there. I reclosed the gate when leaving after dropping the key in the lock box. Today I get an email with an additional $50. charge for gas. I had refilled the tank, and it might have been 2 or 3 gallons low, not 10 gallons. It is important that staff be present at returns, so any discrepancies may be rectified at the time. I think I was maltreated by the staff, in that the place was abandoned when I arrived and an exorbitant charge was levied against me for fuel. Have someone on duty Sundays, as many returns are made on Sunday afternoon

The young man who helped me, on Father’s Day mind you, was very professional and helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure we were cared for. Can’t remember his name, but he was the only one there. Great customer service!!!!!

This location was great, I just want to make sure this gets read: Let me start by saying the gentleman at this location made my experience good, BUT the lady I spoke to at the lake elsinore location had my information wrong even though she repeated it back to me, she gave me the wrong address (said I wasn't going to a U-haul ) so when I pulled up I didn't suspect I was at the wrong place, I got dropped off and had to WALK to the other location which was about 1/2 a mile in 100 degree weather. Your employees should know what to do and where to send their customers...IT'S THEIR JOB! hope this helps you guys out. Wish I kept the paper with her name on it, I believe it started with a "T" I called around 12pm.

This facility is a dump. Employees didn't do a proper check of the truck before dispatching it. Odometer reading was entered incorrectly by someone, and I had to pay the price for it. Employee "Julian" rude and disrespectful. Called me a "fucker" as he stormed out of the office and left me there alone, after an argument about my billing, which he refused to rectify. Insulted me personally SEVERAL times. Refused to give me his name, refused to give me the number to his supervisor, and said he could care less if he was fired. The owner "Camille" refused to take care of my issue and talk to me on the phone, even though she was talking on the phone to the employee right next to me. Was told she would call me back the next day, but never did. She is completely ignoring me, every time I call the office and her cell number. U-Haul rep on the phone "John Lau" was also rude and unhelpful. Said he can't do anything for me. The only people whom were nice and professional were the Live Chat people at www.Uhaul.com. To this date, I still have not received my deposit back of $95.31. My bill should have been almost half that amount. All this over a $10.90 discrepancy. Been a loyal U-Haul customer for over 25 years. I will never use U-Haul ever again. I will take my business elsewhere where customers are treated better than this, and the hiring of people to represent their company are kinder, helpful, and more professional.

I rented a trailer from this location. It is laid out in a very confusing way, which was reinforced by the two potential customers who came and left while I was picking up my trailer. Customer parking is on a small strip of gravel right off the road. Paper signs labeled "Customer Parking" are tied to a chain link fence, but most people pull into the main area of the business, which is very large, and park close to the office, because who wants to walk from the street when you can park next to the office? Whoever is working at the time will then tell you to pull back outside and park along the fence in the gravel. After you park back outside, walk back into the office, and tell them you have a reservation, they will tell you to drive back inside now that they established you are a "customer." I was thinking, if I had to park outside the parking lot of a business, only to walk inside so they could establish I was a "customer" and let me park in their parking lot, go back to my car, park in the lot, then pick up my merchandise, how often would I go back? And this was all AFTER I had purchased the rental. It's not a HUGE deal, but in today's era of convenience, this seems ridiculous. I won't be back.

The tank was almost empty. The associate put a quarter of a tank on the paperwork. I brought it back with more than what it had, but just under a quarter tank nonetheless, and I was charged for it. Not happy at all. It is not how you should do business. Robert Renshaw

As usual when there is any type of glitch U-haul goes above and beyond to fix it The customer service at this location was the best. Between Menifee on Holland Road being willing to find another location that had what we wanted and Wildomar getting us something that would work for the day (as the trailer we wanted was rented as we reserved it ,). Kudos to both locations for going above and beyond.
