John gave good customer service, however, unfortunately, due to policies out of his control, the truck appeared to have a quarter tank of gas when rented. I had to use 20 extra miles and more time just to gas up. Then, unfortunately, returned it with more gas than should have. Also, when given the truck dimensions, it did not include the lack of a few inches on the ceiling when the back door was open thus not able to load the items needed.CHRISTIANE F.

Need to change a one way to a round trip. Called scheduling and they said to contact location that I picked it up and they could change it but when I called this location, he couldn't do it, to call scheduling. This went on for 2.5 hours.Don G.

This is the only UHAUL I will use . The owner is wonderful and the counter guy Patrick is always friendly and helpful. Have a local nonprofit that they have been really helpful with and the plan on using it in the future for two personal endeavors because they always make me feel comfortable and valued.Dawn S.

Wildomar Rentals is the BEST! Seriously, both for Pick-up and Drop-off, they are the most effective & efficient. This is so unlike some of the commercial U-Haul centers: they are very slow and bureaucratic in their processes. But Wildomar Rentals is my favorite. I only wish they existed in my new location! :-)Patrick L.
Make sure the gas tank is full before renting out the trucks. The Guage showed 7/8 Full. I mistakenly thought it was likely full so I didn't mention it because I was told it was full. It wasn't until after I filled the tank the next day that I realized the tank was probably 5 gallons short when I left the Wildamar site.Eric C.

I was supposed to drop this at a location in Temecula and after I already picked up the truck and paid I received a call an hour later in the middle of moving changing the drop off to Wildomar, 16 miles away from Temecula. I have already submitted a complaint about this.Brendan C.

The reservation I made was not available. I reserved a one way 5x9 flat bed and upon arrival was told it wasn't there for me to pick up. I had to rent a local trailer and return it to the same location. That added 120 miles to my trip. I thought uhaul has a reservation guarantee. Very disappointed.JOHN H.

Garrett was efficient and cordial, despite running the counter alone on a busy Saturday morning. We rented the 9' cargo van for a local move. It was a new Chevy van that ran great, and blew ice cold AC on a sweltering weekend. We would recommend this location, and to make a reservation online to get the truck you want. Wanted to do an after hours return. Couldn't contact location directly. Had to go through your customer service SHO started s message was sent to this facility and they would call us back shortly. They never did. So I was on the phone, on hold for an hour with uhaul for nothing. Had to scramble to find a place to park this trailer overnight. I will never use this location again. I had two people on the phone for 2 hours trying to fix an issue where I could not check in/return the truck. I had a baby crying, and I was just about ready to leave the truck there without checking in online when someone answered both of us at the same time. There is no reason why my appointment should have been lost. Every time I tried to check the truck in, it said that I had no reservation. When I tried to add it using the reservation number, it would not let me. If I put in the incorrect reservation number, it would say no reservation found. If I put in my correct reservation number it would search for a long time, and then go back to the previous screen, with no message. Finally after 2 hours, customer services was able to get this fixed. Also, the other person calling had someone answer and hang up on them, and the first person I spoke with said that they could not help me and put me on hold forever again. I realize that a lot of people are getting hacked these days, but you need a better process for customer service when something like this happens.John F.
Gentlemn that serviced us was very good. We had picked up the pick up at 4:13pm on Saturday for a 24 hour persiod. since this location closes on Sundays at 1pm. The gentleman at the counter advised us to park the truck at the gate, follow the online link to return the vehicle upon our return. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT where they overcharged for an additonal day and also for the insurance? Granted I was 24 minutes late returning the truck. But really?? I have been on hold with Uhaul for 37 minutes listening to the same recording. Finally a rep comes online and says that I need to talk to someone in CS, which was the option that I selected. So I was transferred into another waiting game where they are saying the wait to talk with someone is 20 plus minutes..... Total waste of an hour worth of my time. Uhauls online or phone customer service support is really lacking in my experience...Steve C.

They told me to park the truck in the lot when I was done and said I was good to go. Received a bill where they charged me an extra 900 damages that I did not do. They are issuing me a refund of the bogus charge but it doesn't change that I had it taken out of my account and have to wait 5 days for it to go back into my account. Unbelievable.Joshua C.
