Kurt F.No improvement, everything was incredibly well done. This was my first time renting a Uhaul trailer and it was super easy. They had me checked in, hooked up and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Trailer was in excellent condition (tires were good, all lights were working as they should, etc.) Would definitely pick up at the same location again and recommend it to anyone who asked about renting a Uhaul
