Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFirst time using a trailer i was worried i should just get the uhaul truck. However the trailer was available, This location is good. Easy drop off. The district person offered to come hook it up. She came down after 20 minutes at another location and hooked our covered trailer. That's pretty quick. She didnt act put out like some places. She gave good advice people forget to tell you. Complaint??? I guess I would be fine if the people at kwik pick gas station help out but it's an independent location with uhauls. Not much of a complaint. By far most inexpensive transaction to get stuffed moved on a day's notice and you have a trailor hitch. And electric plug in for tail lights.
damon oThis location was not the location I booked because it was not convenient to where I live. I understand that the reservation needed to be moved due to inventory, but I would suggest a more prominent alert that the reservation had been moved, rather than just an address that was embedded in a text message/email. Once we arrived at this location, the clerk did not know how to execute the reservation and had to call for support. We were at the location for about 30 minutes before we could begin our move. He was very friendly, but just not adequately trained in the process.
KELLI NDirty location, unorganized, very unpleasant
JULIE PTruck had trash and fried chicken crumbs in cab, dirty old napkins and mud in floorboards, ketchup on dash that had to be scrubbed off. There were banding straps, broken glass and screws in the back of the truck clearly not cleaned out. We had to clean all of it up before turning it in so no one would think we had left it that way. It was ridiculous!!
