Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulActually have a employee that know exactly what needs to take place when customers show up to get the equipment that was rented
Randy HNo clear place to park. When my app didn’t work, the staff said their laptop was broken so they couldn’t help me.
Annette BThis location was great and staff was super helpful and easy to work with. Biggest issue I ran into was uhaul front desk and customer service sending me to 4 different locations for two pieces of equipment and not being able to meet my reservation times at all and then getting annoyed when I want a refund since they(uhaul) couldn’t have equipment reserved or set aside as specified per the contract between myself and uhaul. Most definitely will recommend folks use uhaul’s third parties or go somewhere else entirely bc uhaul’s actual stores are terrible.
Joshua BWorst experience ever and thieves represent U-Haul
