The person at the convenience store, or whatever it was, could not even log into the computer to look up my reservation. After an hour and 15 minutes, I had to hook up the trailer myself. She did not even come outside to look at the trailer to see if I had it hooked up per your standards. After I drove the 60 miles to put the vehicle on that I was going to haul. I discovered that there was a hook missing on one of the safety chains. The safety chain had been dragged on the pavement so long that a large was not usable.Michael B.

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. This could lead into my last rental with Uhaul, I had to wait hour and half to pick up vehicle after schedule time, the guy at gas station had no knowledge or system access so gas station owner from remote location was processing and he asked me to provide my CC info over the phone( very insecure). Also he entered 41227 miles instead of 41778 which resulted in additional mileage charges even though I called Uhaul customer service and reported before I drove(since rental place refused to correct mileage stating he can't once agreement is done). Customer support agents were not friendly or willing to help either. I like to have call from company and refund for wrong charges.Mukesh P.
It is a gas station. There is no one there to help you with equipment so your on your own. They also do not have the ability to provide you a receipt. The lady who was pleasant could only take pictures and send my info via text to the man in charge and I was told I would get a receipt later. I was not comfortable with this so I went ahead and checked in online myself. Which I was very grateful my signal worked because for someone who either does not have service or does not have a cell phone you have no way to prove you completed your rental on time with no additional charges.
