How U-Haul Reviews WorkPerson helping me didnt really seem to know what they were doing and took a long time. She gave me a receipt saying that she refunded my $60 deposit. This did not actually happen, she didnt even ask for my card to put the refund on. I asked and she said deal with uhaul. I tried to call a couple times but nothing. So I never did get my deposit back and this is why I would not recommend.

Amy SThe people working at The Ritz were great. Was very unhappy with the fact that i called uhaul the day before to make sure it was all set up as i was driving from 6 hours away. The uhaul agent told me that the pick up location would be closed the day i went and that once i got there that i would need to use to app to get a combination to a lockbox to get the key. Drive allllll the way there and log on the app and after filling it all out it told me to contact an agent for help. Agent came on, told me they didnt get the vehicle booked for me properly and that i would either have to drive to another city to get one or not have one, i explained how huge of an inconvience this was to us as we just drove 6 hours to get there, and callerd ahead to make sure it was set up. All the lady on the phone told me was that she would let her field manager know....! luckily thw restaurant was opened and i went in and the lady helped us to get the keys and get going. Also went to fuel it up and as it was filling, instead of clicking to say it was done it began to pour out all over the ground.. causing alot of chaos with fuel attendants and possible extreme fire hazard..
Chase MBooked a U haul and then was not available. Had to drive 1 hr both ways, and was charged more than what originally was quoted.
