I cannot say enough good things about the location manager, Donna. After my family and I arrived near closing time and encountered a somewhat stressful situation due to an apparent miscommunication between the corporate call center, this location and me, Donna went above and beyond to ensure that our situation was completely solved--even staying past hours to make sure we had full 24-hour access to the storage unit we desperately needed to move our things into that evening. Donna and this location should serve as a model to U-Haul for how to help and service its customers. Thanks Donna and team!!!

The equipment was clean. However it was older/dated. I needed a enclosed 6×12 with the barn doors but they said they rarely have any of those. Got a open 6×12 open instead. The 6×12 Enclosed trailers with the roll up doors entrances are narrowed by 6inches due to the roll up doors

I am truly disappointed. I have used this facility 3 or 4 times in the last 5 months and this last experience has left me quite confused to say the least and very frustrated to say the most. I received a truck that had less than the reported 7/8 of a tank of gas, the tow something feature was stuck on which really drained the gas, the door latch jammed the door open twice and I injured my hand trying to get it unstuck to close the door, the chart told me I needed to put 25 gallons into the tank to bring it back to 7/8 and when I did that for $68.75 it filled the tank past full and to top it all off the App UHaul mandated I use for check in froze completely during use so we had to call customer service at around 8 pm after a very long day of unpleasant hard work. (She was wonderful on the phone during my worst moments of anger for which I apologize). I received no less than 7 emails that day and the next day saying my contract fee was $65.73 which I knew was wrong and was frustrated receiving so many emails and PDF's stating the same incorrect information. This required me to go into the branch on on Virginia Rd in White Plains to get this matter resolved. I walked in and the girl behind the counter had the contract I dropped in the box the night before and I printed out and brought 3 of the 10 PDF's that were sent to me in 5 different emails showing the $68.75 contract charge to which she said looks like were are only charging you this amount because of what has happened. I said ok that is really wonderful and I'll try using you again with a different truck lol. I then got a call at around 6pm after spending the day watching my father die with my mother up in Goshen NY explaining that I had to pay $184.94 and a new purchase contract would be sent showing that amount being charged to my card. I said I can't review or accept that and right now is not a good time and said I will call you back tomorrow. I called and left a message for the mgr Donna around 4:15 ? I Think with someone else and she called back around 4:45 and said we refunded you $25 for gas and that was it. I expressed my genuine disappointment and explained I will in no way ever use this Uhaul again or ever recommend any Uhaul to anyone for any reason to which she replied that's fine. At 5:02 about 3 hours ago I received another email from Uhaul (#11 Now I Think) with a purchase contract that reflects the original price of $65.73. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? Am I to once again get my hopes up that some form of refund is being offered for my less than pleasant experience or is this just another annoying incorrect contract quote for charges. May God Help You If I Get Charged For BOTH of These Contract Invoices. I have no idea what to do, who to call and my father died last night at 9:30. Really not in a good place right now and this is the last thing I want to be dealing with. Someone.... ANYONE please help me here. The sales person, Ms Sabia was incredibly nasty initially. She started out excusing herself because she was doing something else. She then proceeded to treat me like crap. Then other people came into the store and she realized that she couldnt talk to a customer in the manner that she was talking to me. It was totally unacceptable. The gentlemen that I returned the van back into was the exact opposite. Very nice and polite. Until you fet rid of Ms. Sania, I would not recommend this site to anybody.
