The drop box was very difficult to find. Please let customers know exactly where to find it since there is no customer service around at late hours when most people are returning. I was returning at 8pm and 2 other customers where also very confused as to where to return the key.

I did the virtual check in - very intuitive and easy to follow. I also checked in with the associate at the front desk because I did not know to look on the topmost side of the truck for it's identifying code; perhaps that can be more specific in the pickup directions? Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the truck/gear did the job. Thank you again!

I was charged 2 galons more for the gas. I have took a pic of the amount of gas when i rent the truck, and i was sure to give it back in the same level. However? Uhaul still charged me more. I think the employers need to be fair in that aspect.

I was charged an extra $4 for a gallon of gas. I refilled the tank to 3/4 as I found it. I worked for Enterprise for 5 years, I know the deal. Not worth the call to argue, but you say there is a 1/8 tank forgiveness, and I KNOW it wasn't a full 1/4 tank short. Very shortsighted by you. I'll be sure to share the experience.

My only recommendation would be regarding the return of the Cargo Van...There was a backup of returning vehicles and no one was out there from UHaul. We all wandered around for a while (~10 min. or so) looking for someone. The vehicles were blocking the driveway and in the back it was basically empty. Someone should have moved the first vehicle under the canopy or further into the lot so the rest of us could have driven our vehicles into the back.
