Train the staff in customer service. Bored dismissive staff is not appreciated. Engine and low oil light on within two minutes of rental. I had to drive back and wait online To beg someone to look at the truck. I was then disdainfully informed that the oil is changed regularly and didn't I know it's not worth their time to reset the dashboard. I then had to beg the mechanic to check the oil. Once a contract is established, bypass the need for the 800 number. The 800 number is slow, insufficient, and not equipped to handle more than general sales. You end up needing to be called back by the location - it's worthless for more than starting a sale. Once the contract is created, establish direct communication.GARYJ M.

One representative didn't catch the extra charge on my account. No one was at the drop off location to greet or guide. It's in what appears to be a back alley which had back spacing for parking. The only thing good is that it is two blocks away from a gas station to fill up the U-Haul when returning.OSCAR G.
I had asked for dollys and when I went to pick up truck I was told we're all out! That's absurd it's a moving rental company. I had to purchase 2 dollys at 40 dollars which was more than my rental on truck. This is now the second time I have been with uhaul and I will never ever do business again with your company.CL J.
I reserved two 20ft trucks at a specific location for an after hour pick up and they couldn't get that right. After making several phone calls to correct their mistake I spoke with a customer rep who didn't care to resolve anything and hung up on me. I had to make due with one 10ft truck and come back 8 hrs later for the 20ft truck. On top of that they forgot to leave the keys. Their was also a truck blocking the drive way. I will give credit to the two individuals who arrived and opened up early that Saturday morning and helped make up for the inconvenience that previously transpired. So what can I suggest you do to improve for the next customer? I'd say hire new people who are NOT incompetent, lazy, careless, rude, unprofessional and actually care about providing good customer service. From what I've seen, doing their job and doing it well is far too difficult for some of your customer reps and for some who physically work at the locations.YVAN M.

The driver's side door did not latch correctly and acutally opened once while in motion. The door did not latch correctly over the 3 stops I made. When I reIturned the vehicle, I brought it to te attention of the agent who opened it from the outside and slammed it really hard. The door latched and he said see, it's fine. He put it back in service. Shame on him and you for renting a potentially dangerous vehicle.LYLE L.
