This location never picks the phone. You can't leave VM either. On top of that if it rings call gets dropped. Tried multiple times. Actual truck was parked somewhere backside which was not part their shop I guess. Wasted 1/2 hour and multiple calls since the truck which was in front was NOT the one. Called main number , they gave another number. Same story. they hang up or xall gets dropped. Called multiple times. Finally figured that was not the truck. If UHaul wants all these pics to know where it was parked when returning why U Haul does not tell customers where it is parked by picture?

douglas hThere was a panel above where the ramp gets pulled out that was dented down which made it INCREDIBLY difficult to take out and put back the ramp. Other than that, the experience was excellent.
