For a start you could have them fill up the tank. Who wants to begin their journey at the pumps? They marked it at 1/4 of a tank, but it was less. Do you know how hard it is to plan out your trip so that when you return it it has a 1/4 tank in it? I drove it around longer than I needed just to try and get some of my gas money back. I finally returned it with 5/8 of a tank. As far as the cleanliness; the passenger's floorboard was COVERED in mud. There was mud spots on the hand hold too. The driver's side window had a dried drip hanging down from what I assume was the remains of someone's attempt at spitting a loogie out of the window... The seats are uncomfortable and the ride was bumby as hell. Maybe the fact that it had just under 72,000 miles on it had something to do with that. You lost a customer with this one. I'll gladly pay a little for a clean, filled up, low mileage Penske. Bye now.

The inside drivers side floor was muddy by was no problem. The only thing I think could be improved on a company level is the charge per mile that you charge. I realize there is upkeep that is required on all the vehicles but even at $.25 per mile that would cover the regular maintenance required on the vehicle. Example is 5000 mile oil change. At 5000 miles @ $.25 would net you $1250. I don't know of any oil changes costing that much. That is just an example. The $.69 is way over priced and seems to be to the point of gouging the customer. Just my thoughts

It took almost 2 hours to get the code for the box. Then upon return I travelled 15 miles and the app was charging me for 115. Then it turned a 19.95 local rental into 89.95. I will not ever recommend the use of the 24/7 truck share.

Customer service Website is absolutely horrible. It took almost an hour for me to get my uhaul. The rep inside said that uhaul took control over my order and wasn't able to assist me. why can't the verification process happen when you register? That why you not waiting for customer service to verify your information, which by the way I got hung up on 6 times by customer service. Then the call back number still put me on hold. It's lucky you guys don't have much competition over wise I'm not sure why anyone would use your service. The truck was awful. The AC shut off when driving up a hill, it was extremely dirty, and just overall a crappy vehicle to drive. I used to drive box trucks so I understand that it's not gonna be a great ride, but my goodness it was so dirty with cigarette butts in the cup holder. Not to mention how lose the steering was. I mean y'all really don't take covid seriously because it obviously wasn't clean. And your customer service sucks. Definitely will seek other options next time. Absolutely terrible experience.

It was too expensive. I only needed the truck for 4 hours & it cost me $108. There are too many hidden fees & this was a local move - so about 10 miles altogether. I should not have had to pay so much extra for mileage on top of everything else.

Everything was great other than the online checkout (auto shop was closed at the time of checkout). The checkout link doesn't work on mobile phones if the user has previously disabled location or camera access. I had to download a new browser and allow permissions to get the checkout to work. It was a pain

I had initially made the reservation for a Tuesday then had a medical emergency had to change it to Thursday, they were understanding and helped with that. When I had first called, virgil had told me it was 20.00 a day, free mileage up to 10 miles then .69 cents per mile there after for an 8ft pickup truck I only needed for about 4 hours. I arrived thursday and my card company would not allow that, however they would allow a ten ft box truck. I asked would it be the same price mileage free up to 10 miles, was told yes, so I said that's great and excepted it. I was never told about a deposit of 100.00, but I understand why they do that. I received my truck and only went 6 miles. Got my receipt and looked at it and was charged for the 6 miles so I was confused as to why. Again Virgil said I had up to 10 miles. I also took a picture of the mileage when I left to record it. I called the very next morning and the uhaul manager was rude and said well he made a mistake, that's not my fault, that's what I was quoted therefore should have not been charged. I felt the manager just wanted me off the phone. I feel if you are quoted something it should be honored regardless! The manager just didnt want to give me my money back. I have made a complaint and also explained that Virgil needs coaching on quoting rates. I mean its 4 dollars and some change but still it's the principal. I do want my money back!

For the second time in providing you feedback about my experience with renting a Uhaul at this location. The inside cab of the Uhaul was not clean. Especially, in the middle of a pandemic you would expect the cab to be wiped down and disinfected. My previous rentals over the past month were fine but I was providing feedback to Uhaul about this issue and they ended up charging me for a cleaning. I wasn't the one who caused it to not be clean. It looks like a lack of ongoing maintenance by the Uhaul provider. I expect a full refund of $25 for the cleaning fee.

They do account for miles before they bring the Uhual from down the road. While pulling out I noticed there was an extra mile on my truck vs. what the contract/agreement showed. This was a little disappointing and I felt they could account for miles after they get the truck from the offsite location. It was nothing to fret over at the time as it was a mile, however I did feel like I gave them an extra buck for getting my truck from where they chose to store it. Also, mobile pickup still caused me to go into the store and my truck was not on site allowing me to complete the mobile pick up. My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with twins, I had hoped to avoid going inside anywhere during the pandemic for her safety. I think uhual can do better with their mobile pick up.

The truck we rented smelled like sour milk! It's pretty bad when you have to stop somewhere and buy an air freshener for a vehicle that's suppose to be clean! After we dropped it off we still smelled like the truck! I'm very dissatisfied!

Rental was excellent. Very nice pickup truck,I had signed up on the computer so signing out the truck was quick. The truck was ready when I got there at 8 am. The employees were courteous and friendly. Having a truck I knew I could depend on made my work that day a lot better.

To improve service, deliver all the items ordered. I reserved, in addition to the truck, an appliance dolly and a dozen furniture pads. These items were not provided. Removing the charge from my bill does not help a 61 year old woman move a chest freezer down a flight of 16 stairs. VERY disappointed.
