My only problem was I originally wanted to rent a smaller truck. but I was told that I needed a credit card for it,but I don't have one. I had to settle for the 10 foot truck with My bank debit card.

Used this location before and office person was fine. My experience Sunday morning was very poor. First, I needed to save time and I purposely made the reservation online as the sales rep Joe I dealt with Friday had multiple problems making my reservation over the phone. Thought it best to just do it myself online. Joe stated office will be open Sunday at 8:30. I came in at 8:30 and door was locked. I knocked as it appeared someone was inside. After waiting 15 minutes I left and came back at 9:15. Office was open and 2 people were ahead of me. This caused another wait od 30 minutes before I was serviced. The rep didn't come outside, just gave me a key for the pickup truck. Told me to pull cardboard off the windshield and place behind seat myself. I stated to him prior I needed a trailer hitch on the pickup. He said one was on it. One was not on it and when I came back into the office again, he told me to walk around and take from another truck. Extremely poor service. I did do it myself. When I brought it back after using, I came inside to see him once again. Expected him to come out and look at it to be sure of the condition of the truck (it was fine and as is when I took it). He didn't come out, just said leave key in it and free to leave since I made reservation online.

Waited in line 1/2 an hour with a prepaid reservation, there were 2 people out front, and only one seemed to be the only one working. The other never acknowledged anyone or tried to help anyone. When it was out turn we were helped quickly and got exactly what I needed without any problems, the guy knew his stuff. But it was frustrating watching somebody sit at the desk and never acknowledge the line or make an effort to alleviate it.

The furniture pads were dirty. When we opened the packets the pads were covered with dry, dead leaves. The Uhaul associate said he wouldn't charge for the use of the pads but I note I was charged $5.00. I know it isn't much but it's the principle.

I reserved a truck, upon arrival I was informed that the previous renter didn’t return the truck. No courtesy call To let me know it wasnt available. I was offered the next size down for $19.95 And told I can have it for two days and only pay half the price. for mileage. That wasn’t how I was charged. I had to make three trips I only use the truck for one day.

Have used this location before successfully. Returning the unit I was met by an unfriendly, totally lacking any customer service talents, rude individual. Will not be back!!!!

Teach your employees about the importance of good customer service. I recently picked up a utility trailer and the gentleman who waited on me was terrible. If you don't like working with the public you should find another line of work.

The rental truck was serviceable but the front end was very loose and the front brakes were definitely suspect, I doubt this would pass the Mass state safety inspection. The reservation was written for the wrong dates, I told the writer three times but it still was incorrect, I signed it without checking then received a call to say I was over due. I did sign the contract but it was incorrect. Very un-professional from reservation to drop off. I will never rent from this location and most likely U haul again. Very poor customer service. I also observed similar customer experiences when making the reservation in person, picking up and dropping off.

The trailer that I tried to book twice and they wanted to send to a different location to get was sitting right front. Then I was told it had a flat tire. Which I was there 3 times in 2 days and no flat tires. So I rented an enclosed trailer which was extremely dirty. The manager was rude and didn’t like the fact that I was asking questions about trailer, which I find odd. If I had more time to go to another rental place I would have. Good luck with your repeat customers.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Piss poor customer service. I had called and asked if I could drop off at a location closer and was told yes. I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges and the women said no. Come to find out from an employee that’s high in the company that I would be charged a few extra hundred dollars for this. I called customer service back and they said there was nothing I can do at this point except go get the truck and bring it back to the original location. Well the location I dropped it off at was closed and closed for the whole weekend. I will be posting this all over yelp and social media unless someone decides to contact me and reimburse me for the lie I was told.
