I arrived to the truck not being checked in from the previous customer. I was told to call a number to speak to a representative. The pick up time lasted well over 30 minutes, which delayed my moving. I returned the truck early with more gas (1/2 tank extra) and received notification of additional charges to my account. I was directed to contact the regional manager, who eventually reviewed the charges. I have not had a positive experience with the three most recent rentals of U-Haul. It has made my decision easy for the next time I require a truck for moving. I will take my business elsewhere.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulFirst I was told to use my phone to check in but once I went through the process they had me talk to a,dispatcher and I had to do the process all over again. I reserved a hand cart and straps which where not with the truck and the person working there said they didn't know where they were. This nade the move very challenging
Tracy AThe truck was filthy and I had to sweep it out and wipe down the seats. There was also a light on the on the dash, maybe the tire pressure. The attendant at the pick up location also never went over all the pre checks like mileage, gas level, and condition of the truck. When I got home I received the link and after a call to U-Haul I was told by the representative that there was nothing that she could do. The incomitance was next level.

Tammy TI rent the unit for pick up in another location since it was super close to my house and I do not have a car. The morning of the rental they sent me a notice saying I had to pick it up in a different location which meant I had to walk 2.5 miles to get there not cool. It threw off my whole day And made the experience. Very frustrating and I had to walk 2.5 miles back home again. this should not be allowed to happen.
